The LM324 operational amplifier IC can be worked as a comparator. This IC has 4 independent operational amplifiers on a single chip. This a Low Power Quad Operational Amplifier and it has high stability, bandwidth which was designed to operate from a single power supply over a wide range of voltages.

CD4511 types are BCD-to-7-segment latch decoder drivers constructed with CMOS logic and n-p-n bipolar transistor output devices on a single monolithic structure. These devices combine the low quiescent power dissipation and high noise immunity features of RCA CMOS with n-p-n bipolar output transistors capable of sourcing up to 25 MA. This capability allows the CD4511 types to drive LED''s and other displays directly. Lamp Test (LT)\, Blanking (BL)\, and Latch Enable or Strobe inputs are provided to test the display, shut off or intensity-modulate it, and store or strobe a BCD code, respectively. Several different signals may be multiplexed and displayed when external multiplexing circuitry is used. The CD4511 types are supplied in 16-lead hermetic dual-in-line ceramic packages (F3A suffix), 16-lead dual-in-line plastic packages (E suffix), 16-lead small-outline packages (NSR suffix), and 16-lead thin shrink small-outline packages (PW and PWR suffixes). These devices are similar to the type MC14511. SG3524 incorporate all the functions required in the construction of a regulating power supply, inverter, or switching regulator on a single chip. It can be used as the control element for high-power-output applications. SG3524 was designed for switching regulators of either polarity, transformer-coupled dc-to-dc converters, transformerless voltage doublers, and polarity-converter applications employing fixed-frequency, pulse-width modulation (PWM) techniques. The complementary output allows either single-ended or push-pull application. Each device includes an on-chip regulator, error amplifier, programmable oscillator, pulse-steering flip-flop, two uncommitted pass transistors, a high-gain comparator, and current-limiting and shutdown circuitry. The 74HC02 is a 14 Pin Quad 2-Input NOR Gate IC. NOR gates utilize advanced silicon-gate CMOS technology to achieve operating speeds similar to LS-TTL gates with the low power consumption of standard CMOS integrated circuits. All gates have buffered outputs, providing high noise immunity and the ability to drive 10 LS-TTL loads. The 74HC logic family is functionally as well as pin-out compatible with the standard 74LS logic family.All inputs are protected from damage due to static discharge by internal diode clamps to VCC and ground.

The 82C55 is a CMOS version for higher speed and lower current consumption. The functionality of the 8255 is now mostly embedded in larger VLSI processing chips as a sub-function. A CMOS version of the 8255 is still being made by Renesas but mostly used to expand the I/O of microcontrollers.

The CD4013 device consists of two identical, independent data-type flip-flops. Each flip-flop has independent data, set, reset, and clock inputs and Q and Q outputs. These devices can be used for shift register applications, and, by connecting Q output to the data input, for counter and toggle applications. The logic level present at the D input is transferred to the Q output during the positive-going transition of the clock pulse. Setting or resetting is independent of the clock and is accomplished by a high level on the set or reset line, respectively. The CD4518 is a part of the CD4000 IC series. CD4518 is a dual monostable multivibrator. Each device is retriggerable and resettable. Triggering can occur from either the rising or falling edge of an input pulse, resulting in an output pulse over a wide range of widths.

The CD4538 is a dual, precision monostable multivibrator with independent trigger and reset controls. The device is retriggerable and resettable, and the control inputs are internally latched. Two trigger inputs are provided to allow either rising or falling edge triggering. The reset inputs are active low and prevent triggering while active. Precise control of output pulse-width has been achieved using linear CMOS techniques. The pulse duration and accuracy are determined by external components RX and CX. The device does not allow the timing capacitor to discharge through the timing pin on power-down condition. For this reason, no external protection resistor is required in series with the timing pin. Input protection from static discharge is provided on all pins.

L293D is a dual H-bridge motor driver integrated circuit (IC).Motor drivers act as current amplifiers since they take a low-current control signal and provide a higher-current signal. This higher current signal is used to drive the motors.L293D contains two inbuilt H-bridge driver circuits. In its common mode of operation, two DC motors can be driven simultaneously, both in forward and reverse direction. The motor operations of two motors can be controlled by input logic at pins 2 & 7 and 10 & 15. Input logic 00 or 11 will stop the corresponding motor. Logic 01 and 10 will rotate it in clockwise and anticlockwise directions, respectively.Enable pins 1 and 9 (corresponding to the two motors) must be high for motors to start operating.When an enable input is high, the associated driver gets enabled. As a result, the outputs become active and work in phase with their inputs. Similarly, when the enable input is low, that driver is disabled, and their outputs are off and in the high-impedance state.They are designed to drive inductive loads such as relays, solenoids, dc and bipolar stepping motors, as well as their high-current/high-voltage loads in positive-supply applications.
